How to add missing episodes to Listen Notes?

In some cases, we may not add latest episodes to our database in time, e.g., network connectivity issues. There are two ways to add those missing episodes to Listen Notes.

Approach 1: You can simply email us (hello@listennotes.com) with the Listen Notes url of your podcast. We'll do a full RSS refresh to sync up and add latest episodes to our database.

Approach 2: If you've claimed your podcast page on Listen Notes (How to claim your podcast), you can click "Refresh RSS" button on your podcast's manage page to do a full refresh (where's the manage page).
